Wire the connectors as required according to the application.
Proceed as follows to wire the connectors:
● Strip the line to a length of 8 mm. Wiring is provided without connector
sleeves. However, connector sleeves may be used, if desired. In this case,
the connector sleeves must be properly crimped.
● Put a screwdriver into the actuation slot of the appropriate terminal point
(figure 8-6, A) as far as necessary to be able to insert the core into the
opening of the spring. Insert the core (figure 8-6, B). Pull the screwdriver
out of the opening. This fixes the core. We recommend to label both the
cores and the terminal points after completed installation.
8.3 Maintenance
Include the following measures in the maintenance schedule:
● At least once a year, check all plug and terminal connections for proper
tightness and damage. Verify that lines and cables are not broken or
squeezed. Replace damaged parts immediately.
