The machine elements to be driven must additionally be secured in the axial
direction via the centering hole on the end face.
CAUTION
Shaft damage! In case of intense reversing operation, the seat of the
fitting spring may deflect. Increasing deformations in this area can then
lead to breakage of the shaft!
⇒ Preferably, plain output shafts should be used.
Balancing with a complete key
MKE motors are balanced with the complete featherkey. Hence, the machine
element to be driven must be balanced without a key.
Modifications to the keys may be made only by the user himself and on
his own responsibility. Bosch Rexroth does not provide any warranty for modi‐
fied key or motor shafts.
