• Rexroth original spare parts may beused only.
• Replace elastic sealing elements after disassembly.
• The housing and parts must beclean and undamaged.
• Damaged housings and parts may not beused again.
• Reworking threads isnot permissible.
• Reworking bores isnot permissible.
• Protect bores and threads from any deposition ofdirt.
• During disassembly, adhesion forces might take aneffect between the
flangesurfaces.
• Remove any contamination with awhetstone and clean it with acleaning cloth.
• Surfaces with imprints orsigns ofwear inthe sealing surface may not becontinued
tobe used.
• Reworking sealing surfaces isnot permissible.
• Use protective jaws with hard rubber. Sealing and flange surfaces may not
bedamaged.
• Oil-soaked cleaning cloth
• Whetstone
