4 Operating the VSPD
The serial interface on the front panel is designed as nine-pin D-sub socket according
to the RS-232 standard. Establish the connection to the serial interface of the PC with
a serial data cable.
Four buttons are located on the front panel of the card. The functions of these buttons
are described in detail in section 4.4 Display/Input Key Operations.
