If you are experiencing intermittent or no audio with your Bose Amplifier, here are a few things to try: * Move the system away from potential sources of interference, such as microwaves and cordless phones. * Stop any other audio or video streaming applications that may be running. * Move your mobile device closer to the amplifier and away from obstructions. * Move the amplifier or audio device closer to the wireless router or access point. * Check that the volume is not muted or set too low. * Unplug the power cord, wait one minute, and then reconnect it.
