Connector Description
POWER
AC power cord connector. Power is applied when the power cord is
inserted and plugged into an AC (mains) outlet. There is no on/off switch
on the SoundTouch
™
amplifier.
SETUP
USB connector for setup using a computer.
Ethernet
Ethernet connector enables wired access to your home network.
SPEAKERS
OUT
Two terminal block connectors enable you to connect two pairs
of speakers.
• Left and right speaker outputs.
• Connect only unpowered speakers.
• One pair of speakers requires 4 ohm minimum each.
• Two pairs of speakers require 8 ohm minimum each.
• To determine the correct speaker wire size, see page 10.
AUX IN
• Three AUX IN connectors enable playback from audio devices and
media players.
