Troubleshooting
Error Messages
Use the table below to find additional information included in this manual.
Error Message Related Information
The cutter is jammed Follow the instructions in the error message. Also see
“Labels are jammed in the printer” on page 30.
The supply cartridge is not loaded
correctly.
Reinstall the cartridge. “Loading Cartridges” on
page 14
The supply cartridge is empty. Install a new cartridge. “Loading Cartridges” on
page 14
An error occurred while printing. Leading
edge of the label is not detected.
Make sure the cartridge still has labels in it and that it
is installed correctly. “Loading Cartridges” on page 14
An error occurred while printing. Confirm
the cartridge is loaded correctly and the
lock lever is closed.

An error occurred while printing. The
label did not feed.
The labels aren’t moving in the cartridge. Make sure
the cartridge is installed correctly. “Loading
