DOUGH CYCLEINSTRUCTIONS
: • The DOUGH setting is used to make a variety of bread
types :(with the exception of Bagel and Pizza).
• Afzer the end of the first rise, remove the dough, shape the
dough and bake it in a conventional oven.
• Dough cycle takes 1 hour 30 minutes.
• The Breadman ®will signal 5 minutes before it is finished
Kneading, indicating when any additional ingredients, such
as dried fruits, nuts or herbs should be added.
Pizza Dough
• Pizza Dough setting will simplify Pizza Dough preparation.
When_the. dough is ready, roll it out with a rolling pin and
top with your favorite toppings. Then bake in a
conventional oven, following the times and temperatures
__given in your recipe.
• The Pizza Dough cycle takes 1 hour.
Bagel Dough • Prepare Bagel Dough according to instructions. When the
dough is ready, shape the dough into circles. Bagels are first
boiled in water then baked in a conventional oven. Be sure
to follow the complete instructions, times and temperatures
.... given in your recipe.
• The Bagel Dough cycle takes 1 hour 20 minutes.
