1-1/8cupwarmwater
1-1/2Tbl. vegetableoil
2tsp. honey
1-1/2cupwholewheat flour
1/4 cupbrown rice flour
1/4 cup speltflour
1/4 cupbuckwheat flour
1/4 cup ryeflour
1/4 cupoatmeal
1/8 cupcornmeal
1/4 cup gluten
1tsp. salt
1-1/2tsp. dry yeast.
1-1/2 cup warm water
2Tbl. vegetableoil
1Tbl. honey
2cups wholewheat flour
1/3 cup brown riceflour
1/3 cup speltflour
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
1/3 cup ryeflour
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup gluten
1tsp. salt
2tsp. dry yeast
Add all ingredients to bread pan in the order given.

1/2 cup wholewheat flour
2-1/2 cupbread flour
1/4 cup dry milk
1cup cheddarcheese,grated (3oz.)
3Tbl. Parmesan,grated(1/2 oz.)

1tsp. sak
