5.3 Problem solving
Warning
Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself under any circumstances, as this
will make the guarantee void. If the system error persists, please contact your
dealer or Innosource, if you live in The Netherlands.
My Sonair is part of the Air Comfort Control ventilation system and
doesn’t ventilate all the time.
Sonair ventilates at intervals at low flow rates.
My Sonair makes more noise when it starts to ventilate.
Sonair is fitted with an intelligent control system, which boosts the fan to start
ventilating, after which the fan returns to the required revolutions per minute.
My Sonair doesn’t ventilate.
Check to see if the power cable is plugged into the power socket, if the power
supply is switched on and if the air inlet is opened.
My Sonair make more noise than usual.
The filters are probably full and need replacing. See chapter 4 to see how to
do this.
5.4 Safety and electricity
Prevent water or other fluids from entering the Sonair. The appliance is not
waterproof.
If the power cable is damaged, it should be replaced by your dealer.
