Store the water dispenser in the follow-
ing conditions:
• Do not store outdoors.
• Store in a dry, frost- and dust-free
location.
• Do not expose to any aggressive
media.
• Avoid mechanical shocks.
• If storing for over 3 months, regularly
check the general condition of all
parts and of the packaging.
• Store and use vertically.
Use according to the intended purpose:
The water dispensers of the VIVREAU
Extra product range are solely de-
signed to dispense different water
types. The water dispensers may only
be used with tap water provided by the
waterworks. This mains water fulls the
statutory requirements of drinking qual-
ity water.
The water dispensers are designed for
professional use within the gastronom-
ical and hotel industry, catering servic-
es, hospitals, business buildings and
ofces, etc.
The dispensed water is only intended
for immediate consumption.
The use according to the intended pur-
pose assumes compliance with all the
information contained in these instruc-
tions.
Any use beyond the intended purpose
or other types of use are considered
misuse.
In the event that public authorities re-
quest that the mains water must be
boiled, this also applies to BRITA l-
tered water.
Once the request has ended, the inlet
water lter must be replaced and the
connections cleaned. Please contact
customer service for this purpose (see
rear page).

Please observe the foldout page! Caution:
Make sure that the device is
always sufciently ventilated. Do not
cover lateral openings of the device.
Never obstruct or block the ventila-
tion slots or ventilation grills. Always
keep the distance to walls and other
objects as described in the informa-
tion sheet delivered by the manufac-
turer. Do not place any objects on top
of the device on account of uprising
heat.
The water dispenser may not be
installed near direct or indirect heat
sources. Hoses and cables must not
come into contact with heat sources.
The CO
2
bottle must be placed as far
as possible from any heat sources
and the ambient temperature should
not exceed 32 °C.
To relocate the installed device, please
contact customer service (see rear
page). Any relocation must be carried
out by a qualied person and docu-
mented in the log book.
