  If your Brother Label Printer isn't printing or a printing error occurs, make sure the cable is securely connected. Also, check if the DK Roll is installed correctly; if not, remove and reinstall it. Ensure there are enough labels in the DK Roll and that the DK Roll Compartment Cover is closed. If a print or transmission error occurred, turn the Label Printer off and then on again. If connected via USB, try connecting it directly to your computer or another USB port.

  There are several reasons why your Brother Label Maker might not be printing: * The cable might be loose, so ensure it's securely connected. * The DK Roll might not be installed correctly; try removing and reinstalling it. * The roll might be depleted; check if there's enough roll remaining. * The DK Roll Compartment Cover might be open; make sure it's closed. * A print or transmission error might have occurred; try turning the printer off and then on again. If the problem persists, contact your Brother dealer. * The printer might be connected via a USB hub; try connecting it directly to the computer or to another USB port.

  If a cutter error occurs on your Brother Label Printer, keep the DK Roll Compartment Cover closed and press the Power Button. The cutter will move back to its normal position, and the Label Printer will turn off automatically. After it's off, inspect the Label Output Slot for any blockages and remove them.
