1.4.0 AVVIAMENTO E GUIDA
DEL CARRELLO
1.4.1 AVVIAMENTO DEL CARRELLO

Predisposizione al funzionamento del carrello
(trazione, sollevamento).
Consenso al funzionamento degli strumenti
di controllo (contaore e spie luminose).
OPERAZIONI PER L'AVVIAMENTO
Prima di effettuare l'avviamento:
- l'operatore deve essere seduto,
- il freno di stazionamento bloccato.
- Sui carrelli dotati di inversore al volante,
la leva di inversione deve essere in
posizione (0), per evitare il rischio di messa
in marcia involontaria.
1 Inserire la chiave e ruotarla in posizione 1.
2 Sollevare le forche da terra di circa
15 cm ed inclinare il montante indietro
agendo sulle leve del distributore idraulico.
3 Sbloccare il freno di stazionamento
4 Premere uno dei due pedali di marcia
(avanti/indietro) oppure, nel caso di versione
alternativa con inversore al volante,
preselezionare la direzione di marcia
(avanti/indietro) mediante la leva al volante
e premere l'acceleratore.

1.4.0 STARTING UP AND
DRIVING THE FORKLIFT
TRUCK
1.4.1 STARTING UP THE TRUCK
IGNITION KEY
Key switch
0 SWITCH OFF
(key can be removed)
1 SWITCH ON
Enables operation of the truck (driving, lifting).
Enables the control instruments (hour counter
and pilot lights).
START UP OPERATIONS
Before starting up:
- the operator must be seated,
- the parking brake must be ON,
- trucks with drive inversion levers on the
steering wheel must have this lever in position
(0), to prevent the risk of accidental start-
up
1 Insert the key and turn it to position 1.
2 Lift forks about 15 cm off the ground
and tilt the mast backwards, using the
hydraulic control valve levers.
3 Release the parking brake
4 Press one of the drive pedals (forward/reverse)
or, alternative version with drive
direction lever on steering column, select
the drive direction (forward/reverse) using
the lever on the steering column and press
the accelerator pedal.
Eventuell eintretende Störungen oder Fehler
müssen sofort an die für die Wartung
zuständige Person oder an die BT-
Servicestelle gemeldet werden.

1.4.1 INBETRIEBNAHME DEM

Freigabe zum Betrieb des Staplers (Fahren,
Heben).
Freigabe zum Betrieb der Kontrollinstrumente
(Betriebsstundenzähler und Kontrolleuchten).
INBETRIEBNAHME
Vor dem Anlassen:
- Auf dem Fahrersitz Platz nehmen.
- Die Handbremse muß betätigt sein.
- Bei Staplern mit Fahrtrichtungsschalter am
Lenkrad muß der Schalter auf (0) geschaltet
sein, um ein versehentliches Ingangsetzen
zu verhindern
1 Zündschlüsseleinlegenn und in Stellung 1
drehen.
2 Die Gabel ca. 15 cm vom Boden anheben
und das Hubgerüst nach hinten neigen;
dazu wird der Hebel am hydraulischen
Steuerblock betätigt.
3 Die Feststellbremse lösen.
4 Eines der beiden Fahrpedale (vorwärts/
rückwärts) oder bei Alternativausführung
mit Fahrtrichtungsschalter am Lenkrad,
die Fahrtrichtung (vorwärts/rückwärts) mit
dem entpsrechenden Hebel am Lenkrad wählen
und das Fahrpedal drücken.
