5.0.0 MANUTENZIONE DEI
COMPONENTI
SPECIFICI
5.1.0 GENERALITÀ
Per la COMPLETA MANUTENZIONE del
carrello, è OBBLIGATORIA la lettura del
capitolo (2.0.0) e il rispetto delle tempistiche
di manutenzione indicate nelle tabelle (vedi 7.0.0).
Tutte le manutenzioni devono essere eseguite
da personale autorizzato.
I livelli di specializzazione per le manutenzioni
sono contenuti nel cap. (2.1.0).
Predisporre il carrello per le manutenzioni
come indicato nel cap. (2.1.0).
5.2.0 TRASMISSIONE
5.2.1 GRUPPO TRAZIONE
Il gruppo trazione, uno per ogni ruota motrice,
è composto da un motore elettrico e da un riduttore
completo di freno a bagno d'olio.
Ogni 1000 ore:
- verificare il corretto serraggio di tutte le viti
del gruppo.
Riduttori di trasmissione:
Ogni manomissione dei riduttori di trasmissione
può compromettere la sicurezza del mezzo; gli
interventi di riparazione o sostituzione devono
essere eseguiti dal Servizio di assistenza BT
o da personale debitamente addestrato e
autorizzato dalla BT.

5.0.0 WARTUNG DER
SPEZIFISCHE TEILEN
5.1.0 ALLGEMEINES
Für die KOMPLETTE WARTUNG der
Gabelstapler ist die KENNTNIS des Kapitels
(2.0.0) und die Einhaltung der Wartungsintervalle
in den Tabellen (vedi 7.0.0) eine unerläßliche
Voraussetzung.
Alle Wartungseingriffe dürfen ausschließlich
von befugtem Personal ausgeführt werden.
Die Art der Qualifikation des
Wartungspersonals kann aus dem Kapitel
(2.1.0) entnommen werden.
Den Stapler für die Wartung vorbereiten; siehe
(2.1.0).
5.2.0 ANTRIEB
5.2.1 FAHRANTRIEB
Die Fahrantriebe der Antriebsräder bestehen aus
je einem Elektromotor und einem Achsgetriebe
komplett mit Ölbadbremse.
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden:
- Prüfen, ob alle Schraubverbindungen der
Antriebe richtig angezogen sind.
Achsantriebe:
Jede Verstellung bzw. Änderung der
Achsantriebe kann die Sicherheit des Staplers
beeinträchtigen; Reparatur- und
Austauscharbeiten dürfen daher ausschließlich
vom BT-Kundendienst oder von geschultem
und von BT autorisiertem Personal
vorgenommen werden.
5.0.0 MAINTENANCE OF
SPECIFIC PARTS
5.1.0 GENERAL
Before carrying out the COMPLETE
MAINTENANCE of the truck, the chapter
(2.0.0) must be read and the maintenance
schedules indicated in the tables (see 7.0.0) must
be observed.
All the maintenance operations must be carried
out by authorized personnel.
The qualifications for maintenance personnel
are described in the chapter on (2.1.0).
Prepare the truck for maintenance, see (2.1.0).
5.2.0 TRANSMISSION
5.2.1 DRIVE UNIT
The drive unit, one for each driven wheel, consists
of an electric motor and a reduction gear, complete
with an oil-bath brake.
Every 1000 hours:
- check that all the screws on the unit are
tight.
Transmission gears:
Any tampering with the transmission gear can
interfere with the safety of the vehicle. All
repair or replacement operations must be
carried out by the BT Service Centre or
by personnel specially trained and authorized
by BT.
