1. Dial your phone number.
2. When you hear your outgoing message, press

and enter your 4 digit remote access PIN.
3. Follow the voice prompts to:
Replay current message
Play all messages
Delete a message during playback
Skip back during playback
Turn Answer Machine on/off
Skip forward during playback
Turn Text Alert on/off
Listen to current outgoing message
Record new outgoing message
Switch between Answer Only and
Answer & Record
