12.2 Adjustments
12.2.1 Adjustment of the pressure limit valve
The pressure limit valve is set to the correct value at the factory, but
may need to be adjusted if the valve or complete hydraulic unit is
replaced.
The truck should be able to lift a load of between 2250-2300 kg.
• Unscrew the cover nut (1) with a spanner, 13 mm.
• Place a load, 2200 kg, on the forks and check that the machine lifts
this.
• If the machine can lift 2200 kg, place a further 100 kg on the forks.
Check whether machine can lift the load.
• If the machine can lift 2300 kg, adjust the pressure limit valve by
screwing the adjuster screw (2) anticlockwise using a 4 mm allen
key until the machine cannot lift the load.
