If you cannot communicate with other members of your group, verify the frequency and CTCSS settings match those of the other members. Ensure you are within an appropriate range and not too far from your group. Confirm that you are set to the correct digital mode and frequency. In digital mode, check that the Talk Group, Time Slot, Color Code, and Encryption Code (if applicable) are correctly configured. Also, in digital mode, verify that the receive contact list and receive group list are set correctly, if used.
