[Flow Rate] Enter value Edit the default flow rate.
[Duration Units] Choice of the duration

The following types are available:
minutes / column volumes
[Equilibration] Enter value Indicates the period of time or num-
ber of column volumes that the mo-
bile phase flows through the column
before the sample is injected.
[Run Length] Enter value According to the current operation
enter the time for the separation.

enter the number of column volumes
required for the separation.
