5.3.13 Checking the burner thermostat
 Unplug cable connection from burner thermostat.
 Allow burner thermostat to cool down (activation tem-
perature 107 °C).
 Check burner thermostat for throughput. If no
throughput is detected, the burner thermostat is de-
fective.
 If the burner thermostat is working correctly, plug it in
once more.
5.3.14 Replacing the burner thermostat
 Pull cable lugs off.
 Unscrew burner thermostat and screw in new unit.
 Reconnect cable lugs and plug in once more.
5.3.15 Checking the hot surface ignitor
 Disconnect the system from the power supply.
 Unplug the hot surface ignitor.
 Measure the resistance of the hot surface ignitor at
the plug. If the resistance is less than 200 , the hot
surface ignitor is in order.
 Disconnect measuring device.
 If the hot surface ignitor is working correctly, plug it in
once more.
 Connect system to mains power supply.
