      Jeffery RobbinsAug 9, 2025
If your BWT Water Dispenser isn't supplying softened or blended water, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the regenerative salt storage is empty and refill it, then press the OK button until the SALt display disappears. Allow three hours for the brine to form and then initiate a manual regeneration. Also, ensure that the power supply is properly connected. Finally, verify that the blending adjusting spindle is correctly set as outlined in the start-up section for setting blended water hardness.

Why does my BWT Water Dispenser display 'SALt'?
    • S
      Sherry SellersAug 13, 2025
If the display on your BWT Water Dispenser indicates 'SALt', it means there is insufficient regenerative salt in the storage area or the pipeline pressure is too low, leading to inadequate suction speed. To resolve this, refill the regenerative salt and press the OK button until the 'SALt' display turns off. Acknowledge the fault by pressing the OK button. If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact after-sales service.
