What to do if my BWT Water Dispenser is not supplying softened or blended water?
    • K
      Karen Lewis MDAug 17, 2025
If your BWT Water Dispenser isn't supplying softened or blended water, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if there is enough regenerative in the storage area. If not, refill it and press the OK button until the “low salt” message disappears. Then, wait 3 hours for the brine to form and manually start regeneration for both softening columns, one after the other. Another possible cause is an interrupted power supply, so ensure the electrical connection is properly established. Finally, the blending adjusting spindle may not be set correctly; refer to the Start-up section “Setting the hardness of blended water” to adjust it.

Why does the empty indicator light up on my BWT Water Dispenser when there is enough regenerative?
    • C
      Clinton TorresAug 20, 2025
If the empty indicator lights up on your BWT Water Dispenser even though there is sufficient regenerative, it's possible that a cavity has formed above the contact switch on the sieve base. To resolve this, mix the regenerative well by hand in the brine cabinet.

What to do if my BWT Water Dispenser isn't supplying enough softened water?
    • D
      Danielle VargasAug 22, 2025
If your BWT Water Dispenser is not supplying softened water, or the flow is insufficient, it might be due to low inlet pressure. Increase the inlet pressure and, if necessary, set the pressure reducer. Then, start manual regeneration.

What to do if BWT Water Dispenser flow is insufficient?
    • A
      Angelica GregoryAug 26, 2025
If your BWT Water Dispenser isn't supplying enough water or the flow seems weak, the inlet pressure might be too low. To fix this, increase the admission pressure, and if needed, set the pressure reducer. Then, start a manual regeneration.

    • W
      wpriceAug 27, 2025
Your BWT Water Dispenser might not be supplying softened or blended water due to several reasons: there may be no regenerative in the storage area, the power supply could be cut off, or the blending adjusting spindle might not be set correctly. To resolve this, refill the regenerative and start a manual regeneration. Ensure the electrical connection is established. Set the blending adjusting spindle as described in the Start-Up section under “Setting the hardness of blended water.”

    • W
      William LewisSep 1, 2025
Coloured flushing water at the start-up of your BWT Water Dispenser is likely due to abraded particles from the exchanger resin. To resolve this, repeat the start-up flush.

    • F
      frenchdonaldSep 4, 2025

Why is my BWT Water Dispenser supplying deviating outlet water hardness?
    • A
      Anthony GreerSep 6, 2025
If your BWT Water Dispenser is supplying water with deviating outlet water hardness, it could be because the fine adjustment hasn't been performed or the volume flow was too low for the hardness setting. You should reset the water hardness and perform fine adjustment.

How to fix a low salt level displayed on my BWT AQA Perla Water Dispenser?
    • V
      Vicki BishopSep 9, 2025
If a low salt level is displayed on your BWT Water Dispenser, it means there is insufficient regenerative in the regenerative container. Refill the regenerative and press the button until the 'Low salt' message disappears. Also, the regenerative encrustation may have formed over the switch, so loosen and stir the regenerative.
