Also, switch the power on and check the connections, or change the battery if it's battery operated. Ensure that the by-pass valve is closed and the inlet and outlet valves are open, or operate uniconnect. If needed, reset the hardness setting.

  If the water level in the brine cabinet of your BWT Water Dispenser is overflowing, first check if the line pressure is within the specified range of 1.7 - 5.0 bar for UK by connecting a pressure gauge to a water outlet. If the pressure falls outside this range, install a pressure reducing valve or booster pump as needed. Also, inspect the drain line to ensure it is not kinked, blocked, or frozen. Finally, check that the power is on and connections are secure, especially after a power interruption.
