Why is my BWT Water Dispenser not supplying softened water?

If your BWT Water Dispenser isn't supplying softened water, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the regenerative container has enough regenerative; if it's empty, refill it and wait approximately 0.5 hours for the brine to form. Then, manually initiate regeneration for both exchanger columns, one after the other. Check the power supply to make sure it hasn't been interrupted. Finally, verify that the blending settings are correctly configured as described in the “Setting the water hardness” section within Start-up.
