NORME GENERALI DI SICUREZZA

PER APERTURA E CHIUSURA

DELLA BARRA

Durante le operazioni di apertura delle bar-

re, il polverizzatore deve essere sempre po-

sizionato a terra, per evitare il superamento

dei 4 m di altezza e possibili interferenze contro

le linee elettriche aeree.

Barra idraulica “TS”

Fare attenzione nella fase di chiusura o apertura

della barra idraulica, che non vi siano persone o

cose nello spazio di manovra della barra stessa

onde evitare che parti mobili della barra, in fase

di movimento li possano colpire. Tale precauzioni

é necessaria anche quando l’attrezzatura é sotto-

posta a manutenzione. A tale proposito é vietato

scollegare i tubi idraulici in pressione senza prima

aver aperto i pistoni al punto morto o aver bloccato

con supporti meccanici la barra stessa. Fare attenzione

a non effettuare le operazioni di apertura o chiusura

della barra, in vicinanza di linee aeree ad alta ten-

sione.

1) Il distributore elettroidraulico è pretarato in

fase di collaudo dalla ditta CAFFINI ad una pres-

sione che varia da 90 ÷ 100 bar. Questo valore

non deve essere assolutamente variato.

2) I cilindri idraulici d’apertura della barra, sono equi-

paggiati di valvola limitatrice di portata e pretarati

per una corretta velocità di apertura e chiusura della

stessa la portata massima ammessa del gruppo di-

stributore è di 30 l/min. La variazione delle

sopracitate regolazioni, può provocare gravi dan-

ni alla struttura della barra e far decadere la ga-

ranzia.

Fare attenzione nella fase di chiusura o apertura della

barra idraulica, che non vi siano persone o cose

nello spazio di manovra della barra stessa onde

evitare che parti mobili della barra, in fase di mo-

vimento li possano colpire.

Tale precauzioni é necessaria anche quando l’at-

trezzatura é sottoposta a manutenzione.

A tale proposito é vietato scollegare i tubi idraulici in

pressione senza prima aver aperto i pistoni al punto

morto o aver bloccato con supporti meccanici la bar-

ra stessa.

OF THE SPRAYING

BOOM

During boom opening operations the

sprayer must always be positioned on the

ground to avoid exceeding a height of 4m

and possible interference with overhead power

lines.

Hydraulic spraying boom “TS”

While opening or closing the hydraulic boom, be

careful that no persons or things are in the

operation range of the boom, in order to prevent

the boom injuring them.

This precautionary measure should be taken also

when carying out maintenance works. With

regard to this, it is absolutely forbidden to disconnect

hydraulic pipes under pressure, without having first

opened the pistons at their dead center or without

having first locked the spraying boom by means of

the mechanical supports.

Be careful and do not open or close the spraying

boom near overhead high-voltage lines.

calibrated during test by the Company CAFFINI at a

pressure ranging from 90 to 100 bars. This value

must not be changed absolutely.

2) The hydraulic boom opening cylinders are

equipped with a flow control valve and are pre-calibrated

for a correct boom opening and closing speed. The

maximum allowed rate of flow of the distributor unit

is 30 liters/min. Calibrations different from the

above may cause bad damages to the boom

structure and the forfeiture of the guarantee

right.
