AGT V Internal Video Receiver
The AGT V is an internal video receiver that serves as the indoor unit of the door entry system. Its primary function is to allow users to see and communicate with visitors at the entry panel, as well as to control door access.
Usage Features:
- Video Communication: The AGT V features a color LCD TFT display, enabling clear video communication with visitors. This visual confirmation enhances security by allowing users to identify individuals before granting access.
- Audio Communication: The device supports two-way audio communication, allowing for conversation with visitors at the entry panel.
- Door Release Function: A dedicated button on the AGT V allows users to remotely open the door or gate connected to the system, providing convenient access control.
- Landing Call Function: The receiver can receive calls from a landing call button, indicating a visitor at a specific floor or internal location.
- Alarm Input: An alarm input terminal is available, suggesting the possibility of integrating the AGT V with an external alarm system, further enhancing security.
- Melody Configuration: Users can customize the melodies associated with calls from both the entry panel and the landing. The programming mode allows for sequential listening and selection of preferred melodies.
- Number of Rings Configuration: The number of rings for each call can be programmed, allowing users to set how many times the device rings before the call is considered unanswered. This feature offers flexibility in managing incoming calls.
- Master/Slave Configuration: The AGT V can be configured as a master or slave unit within a multi-monitor system, allowing for flexible system expansion and management in larger installations.
- Installation Flexibility: The AGT V can be fixed to various recessed boxes (round Ø 60 mm, rectangular 503, or Ophera (PHI) recessed box), offering adaptability to different wall mounting scenarios. The "TOP" arrow on the support ensures correct orientation during installation.
Maintenance Features:
- Easy Disassembly: The device can be easily unhooked from its metal support by pressing a plastic tab and sliding it off, facilitating maintenance or replacement.
- Secure Mounting: The use of screws and anchors ensures a stable and secure installation, reducing the need for frequent adjustments.
- Power Disconnection for Maintenance: Before any cleaning or maintenance, it is crucial to disconnect the power supply, ensuring user safety and preventing damage to the device.
LITHOS Entry Panel
The LITHOS entry panel is the outdoor unit of the door entry system, designed to withstand external conditions and provide a point of contact for visitors.
Usage Features:
- Call Button Modules: The LITHOS panel supports the insertion of button modules, allowing for multiple call buttons to be configured for different apartments or offices.
- Name Card Customization: The panel includes provisions for name cards, which can be customized with user names. The glass covering the name cards can be removed for writing and reinserted, ensuring clear identification.
- Video Camera: The panel incorporates a video camera, enabling the AGT V internal receiver to display live video of visitors.
- Speaker and Microphone: Integrated speaker and microphone allow for two-way audio communication with the internal receiver.
- Solenoid Lock Control: The LITHOS panel can control a solenoid lock, with a configurable activation time (1-10 seconds), providing secure door release functionality.
- LED Indicators: The panel features LED indicators for various statuses, such as programming mode, call status, and button backlighting.
- Programming Call Keys: The call keys on the LITHOS panel can be programmed to associate with specific internal receivers. This involves lifting the receiver handset, pressing the door lock release button and AUX2 button, and then pressing the desired call key on the entry panel. A beep confirms successful programming.
- Programming Key Types: The system allows for programming different types of keys, which can be useful for various access control scenarios.
- Wall-mounted and Recessed Installation: The LITHOS panel offers flexibility in installation, supporting both wall-mounted and recessed configurations to suit different building aesthetics and requirements.
- Accessory Integration: The panel is designed to integrate with various accessories such as single button DPS, wall cover LTP, recessed box LSI, and recessed frame LCI, allowing for system expansion and customization.
Maintenance Features:
- Easy Front Plate Removal: The front plate of the LITHOS panel can be easily removed using a hex key, facilitating access for wiring and maintenance.
- Terminal Cover Access: A plastic terminal cover can be pulled out to access the connections, simplifying wiring and troubleshooting.
- Robust Design: The panel is designed to be installed at a suitable height and secured with plugs and screws, ensuring stability and durability in outdoor environments.
- Ventilation Considerations: When installing the power supply (VAS/101) in a metal case, ensuring correct ventilation is important for optimal performance and longevity.
VAS/101 Power Supply
The VAS/101 is the power supply unit for the door entry system, providing the necessary power to both the internal and external components.
Usage Features:
- DIN Rail Installation: The power supply is designed for installation on DIN rails (EN 50022) within a suitable switchboard, ensuring a standardized and organized setup.
- Horizontal Installation: The power supply must always be installed horizontally, which is a key requirement for its proper functioning and heat dissipation.
- Electronic Protection: The device is electronically protected against overloads and short circuits, enhancing its reliability and preventing damage to the system.
- Terminal Boards: The VAS/101 features terminal boards for network connection (M1) and 18 V DC power supply (M2), simplifying wiring and integration with other system components.
Maintenance Features:
- Ventilation: Proper ventilation is crucial for the power supply, especially if installed in a metal case, to prevent overheating and ensure long-term operation.
- Power Disconnection: As with other components, disconnecting the power supply before any cleaning or maintenance is essential for safety.
