Previewing Images Before Printing (W indows)
This topic describes how to preview images of print jobs before actually printing them.
1. Choose Print in the application menu.
2. Select the printer in the dialog box, and then display the printer driver dialog box. ( → P .473)
3. Make sure the Main sheet is displayed.
4. Select the L Open Preview When Print Job Starts check box.
5. When you attempt to print, the PageComposer window is displayed. (At this point, the document
will not be printed yet.)
6. In the PageComposer editing window , select the document to print and open the Print Preview
window .
7. After conrming that the layout is just as you expected, close the Print Preview window .
8. In the PageComposer editing window , make sure the document to print is selected. Choose
Print from the File menu.
