•TheformatofUSBmemorystickmustbeFAT32.
•Sinceon/o󽗈actionofthedevicepowercontinuesautomaticallyseveraltimeswhile
updateisinprogress,donottakeanyactionsuntiltheupdateiscompletely󽗉nished.
•Takeprecautionwithturningo󽗈thepowerbyforcebecausethismaydamagethe
deviceandthesoftware.
•TakeprecautiontopreventtheproductandtheUSBmemorystickfrombeing
separatedwhile󽗉letransferisinprogress.Thismaydamagethedataandtheproduct.
•Since30%ormorepowersourceisrequiredforupdate,besuretoupgradeinastate
ofconnectingthepoweradapter(DC12V/3A).

Check the software build number of the device before starting the update.
YoucancheckthebuildnumberinSettings>Aboutus>EquipmentInfo.
2.
Download the software update from the website (http://asia.canon/en/
support).
3.
Change the name of the downloaded 󽗉le (upgrade_MiniPJ_Vxx.zip) to
'upgrade_MiniPJ.zip' and save to the root directory of USB or SD card.
4.
Insert the USB stick into USB port or SD card slot.
5.
Tap the 'Setting' icon on the Home screen and tap 'About us' on the
Settings window.
