Registration and use of
playback via Bluetooth
Prerequisites for registration
- Bluetooth must be activated at the mobile end
device
- The mobile end device must support at least
Bluetooth 2.0
- The musicbox M must be in range of the mobile
end device
Registration process
- Select input
BT
- Operate button “BT-Pairing”
- The display shows
BT-PAIR
- You now have 30 seconds of time for registration
of your mobile end device
- Start the search run at your mobile end device
- Select “Canton” as playback device
- The connection is established automatically and
the message
Connect
is displayed
- If the connection has railed, you will see the
message
FAILED
Operation of a mobile end device
- The respective last device connected to
the musicbox M automatically creates the
connection if Bluetooth is activated and the
input for the Bluetooth playback has been
selected. In this case, you will see the mes-
sage
Connect
- Start playback of a medium on your mobile
end device; sound will automatically be
output at the musicbox M
Use of the docking function of
the musicbox M
Preparation for playback of an iPhone/iPod
- Plug your iPod/iPhone into the connector
- Under certain circumstances, accesso-
ries like a hull must be removed from the
iPhone/iPod for secure and stable operation.
