CAUTION!
After performing EMPTY SYSTEM FUNCTION and
before the next use press the Hot water button until
water comes out from spout.
MANUAL RINSING
You can perform a manual rinsing cycle to clean the coffee nozzle
after use. It is also suggested to perform a manual rinsing if the
appliance has not been used for a long period of time.
1. In standby mode press and hold and together.
2. Cleaning button will be flashing. The coffee nozzle will then
dispense a small amount of water which is used for the rinsing.
Avoid contact with splashes of water, it is hot.
3. After rinsing the appliance will return to the standby mode.
CAUTION!
Before manual rinsing remove the milk tube connector
from the milk frother inlet.
If the appliance has not been used for about a week, it
is recommended to perform 2 or 3 rinse cycles.
09. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Timely cleaning and maintenance of the appliance is very
important to prolong the life of the appliance. The following parts
of the appliance should be cleaned regularly:
y body of the appliance and control panel;
y container for coffee grounds;
y external and internal drip trays;
y water tank;
y spouts;
y milk system;
y brewing unit.
CAUTION!
Do not use solvents, vinegar, abrasive detergents or
alcohol to clean the appliance.
