4.2 UNPACK & CHECK PRODUCT CONDITION
Introduction:
1. The Split system is composed of two units, one installed outside and the other inside, which are
interconnected after positioning.
2. Indoor unit (evaporator coil unit /fan coil unit) pulls heat out from the surrounding air while the
outdoor unit (condensing coil unit) transfers the heat into the environment.
3. The outdoor unit of this product incorporating Inverter scroll compressor, condenser coil, fan
motor, propeller (fan) and grill.
4. The indoor unit incorporating evaporator coil, air filter, electronic expansion valve, filter drier,
blower and double shaft blower motor.
5. Both the indoor and outdoor units are connected through copper tubing, electrical cabling and
communication wire.
6. This Inverter ducted air conditioner is a unique product because it is high efficient split air
conditioning system.

Checkpoints:
Before installation, check the unit operation and visible conditions.
1. There must not be any dent, paint discrepancies, fins damage, pinching of tubes etc.
2. All parts / components, electrical wiring and connections are visibly in order and tied using plastic
ties (there must not be loose wiring).
3. Apply 400V+/-10%, 3-phase power supply to master CDU control box and check propeller/fan
motor operation, if any shaft touching noise or shaft jam. There should not be any abnormal
sound.
4. Apply 230V+/-10%, 1-phase power supply to IDU control box. There should not be any abnormal
sound.
