Indoor & Outdoor Units are connected by Discharge & Liquid Line Piping. Special Attention is
required to insulate DISCHARGE LINE whose temperature remain 80-100 deg. It is mandatory
to cover the piping with sheet metal duct frame or with some material which can withstand
temperature up to 200degC.
Do not run any Wiring with Discharge or Liquid line. Discharge line temperature can damage
main wiring.
Refrigerant factory charge, additional refrigerant charge amount in field, Oil charge amount from
factory, pipe sizes and maximum allowable pipe length are as mentioned below.
