Do / Don’t Inverter drive:
• When power is ON or while the inverter is running do not open the front cover electric shock may
result.
• Even if power is OFF, do not remove the front cover (10 minutes) you may access the charged
inverter circuit and get an electric shock.
• Never touch high voltage terminal in the inverter. Can result in an electric shock
• Do not touch the inverter since the inverter and DCL reactor will be extremely hot. Can cause burn
and due to leakage current may get an electric shock.
• Do not connect the output cables (U,V,W) to the AC power supply, it will damage the drive.
• Make sure to tighten screws of the main circuit and the control circuit. Failure to observe this caution
result in an electric shock or a fire.
• The connection orientation of the output cable (U,V,W) to the compressor will affect the direction of
rotation compressor.
DRIVE CHECKING STEPS:
If LED is not glowing, Check input power supply at R-S-T or L1-L2-L3 points of
drive by Multi-Meter. Voltage should be within 380 - 460 Vac.
If no power supply at R-S-T or L1-L2-L3 points of drive, check at input of EMI filter
and other incoming power wiring from MCB and incoming power supply.
