Network mode, the forced value can be used instead
of the real occupancy state
5 min_left - min Minutes Left for Start Minutes before the unit start-up
6 HEATCOOL Cool Heat/Cool status Heating/cooling status: 30KAV are cooling-only
chillers ("heating" is NOT available)
