Function: Setting the applied section for the Dual Range
Range of set value: 0 ~ 99999
Used key Display Descriptions
M 1000
Dual range is applied to less than 1000kg.
M 5000
Dual range is applied to less than 5,000kg.

Note 1. If the input value is greater than the maximum value, "ERR SET" message is displayed and
