2.3 ASSEMBLING DISMANTLED COMPONENTS
For transport reasons, the support and the coil cross may be shipped dismantled.
Fix the coil support arm A into the recess provided on the machine with screws.
Rest the coil support B (Fig. 2.3.1) over the hole in arm A.
Insert screw C with washers above and below, and then add the self-threading locknut, tightening it so that
the cross is free to rotate.
The assembly and adjustment of these components is not difcult, because they are already factoryadjusted
and tested.
However, when the components are moved, their correct adjustment may be lost.
2.3.1 RELEASING COMPONENTS SECURED FOR TRANSPORT
Some units are secured for transport:
- Glue pot: secured with an exclusion knob (see glue pot section)
- End trimming unit: secured with a plastic cable tie
- Flush trimming unit: secured with a plastic cable tie
- Corner rounding unit: secured with a plastic cable tie
2.3.2 MACHINE ACCESSORIES
A cardboard box contains machine accessories, including wrenches and accessories for routine
maintenance and tool replacement, and a manual grease pump.
