Glue pot temperature control
A “Enter”: button to conrm value.
C “SP2”: STANDBY temperature (factory-set at 150°C).
D “SP1”: operating temperature (factory-set at 200°C).
E Operator panel display: Shows glue temperature, SP1/SP2 values, a “LUB” message and machi-
ne status (ready, not ready, standby, emergencies triggered, shear excess, etc).
F-B “+” “-” Buttons to set values
ON/OFF buttons
1 Activates/deactivates the infrared lamp (optional).
3 Activates/deactivates the end trimming unit (LED ON activated / LED OFF deactivated).
4 Activates/deactivates the coil cutting shear (LED ON activated for edge coils, LED OFF
deactivated for edge strips).
Start/stop buttons for operating units
5 “OFF” Stops all functions activated and resets alarms.

Starts panel feed chain and all motors of the selected units previously activated with buttons 7-8- 9.
7 Activates/deactivates motor starting on the pre-milling unit (LED ON activated / LED OFF
deactivated).
8 Activates/deactivates motor starting on the end trimming and ush trimming units (LED ON activa-
ted / LED OFF deactivated).
9 Activates/deactivates motor starting on the bufng units
(LED ON activated / LED OFF deactivated).
Emergency button
10 When pressed, immediately stops all machine functions and resets work cycles.
The button remains in the emergency stop condition after being pressed. To release it and return it
to its previous position, it must be rotated.
N.B.: Although this button can be used to stop the machine in normal conditions, this is not recom-
mended practice.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All maintenance and adjustment operations must be carried out only with the machine switched off,
with the main electrical switch set to 0 (zero), locked and with the certainty that the machine can be
serviced and adjusted only by authorized persons.
