Maintenance: cleaning and lubrication.
Constantly check (even several times daily) the trimmer unit and remove any edgeband residues
that might interfere
with correct operation and/or movements.
Remove all glue residues from the blades and feelers.
Use spray products that can dissolve the glue on the millers, such as for example WD-40
®
or CRC
®
.
Wait from 5 to 10 minutes and start the squaring unit motor. This should detach the glue from the
blades.
Never use steel tools such as screwdrivers or wrenches to clean the millers.
Check that the suction tube is always clean.
Clean the sliding guides of the unit with compressed air, and lubricate them.
CAUTION:
Failure to carry out maintenance operations correctly may create a situation of serious risk for
motor operation.
Attempts to start a motor while rotation of the motor shaft is blocked or obstructed for any reason
whatsoever will inevitably cause serious damage.
This damage is caused by the seizure of internal components of the high-frequency motor.
This type of damage cannot be considered to be covered by the guarantee.
