Corner rounder tool changes
With the machine switched on, press the emergency button to deactivate the compressed air sy-
stem.
- Turn handwheel H (Fig. 3.10a) to raise the pressure bar to its maximum height.
- Raise the corner rounding unit manually.
- Insert a block X (L = 80mm) between the motor and the support to prevent it from falling, with the
tool in a position that allows it to be dismantled.
CAUTION!
Ensure that the polythene block is correctly positioned, and that it cannot accidentally move.
With key K positioned at the centre of the motor and the locknut wrench Q supplied with the machi-
ne at the opposite end of the motor, turn it to slacken the tool (to the left to slacken, to the right to
tighten).
After replacing the cutterhead, ensure that polythene block X is removed to allow the corner roun-
ding unit to move down to its correct position.
