3.12 FRONT AND REAR SPRAY AGENT UNIT (E550 PM - E550 PM CR) (Optional)
CLEANING SPRAY AGENT UNIT (IN)
This unit sprays a liquid to reduce the adhesion of glue to the upper and lower panel faces, and it is
located in the panel entry area.
It can be present as an optional accessory only on machines with a pre-milling unit.
The quantity of liquid can be regulated independently for the upper and lower sprays (SUP and INF) using
the IN knobs.
ACTIVATION/DEACTIVATION:
With the chain at a standstill, keep button 7 for the pre-milling unit held down for a few seconds.
The ON/OFF option is available. Choose the desired setting with +/- and press button 7 to conrm.
Always check the quantity of liquid remaining in the respective tanks.
The cleaning liquid used is LPZ/II (see technical information sheet in the attachments).
CAUTION: When topping up the liquid, always check the technical information sheet to ensure that the
correct product is used, and follow the safety instructions given.
COOLING / ANTI-STATIC SPRAY UNIT
This unit sprays a liquid that cools the edge facilitating machining and the gluing line, cooling the glue and
therefore reducing the glue deposit on the tools.
Moreover with its anti-static properties it improves the removal of the edge chips.
It can be present as OPT on all the models.
The quantity of liquid can be adjusted (independently SUP and INF) acting on the Y knobs.
Always check the quantity of liquid remaining in the respective containers.
The anti-adhesive liquid used is LP289/99 (see technical information sheet in the attachments).
ACTIVATION/DEACTIVATION:
With the feed halted, keep button 8 pressed for a few seconds (see g. 3.1) The ON/OFF option is
available. Choose the desired setting with +/- and press button 8 to conrm.
CLEANING SPRAY AGENT UNIT (OUT)
This unit sprays a liquid to improve the cleaning of the upper and lower panel faces during the bufng
phase, and it is located in the panel exit area.
It can be present as an optional accessory together with the bufng unit.
The quantity of liquid can be regulated for the upper and lower sprays (SUP and INF) using the OUT
knobs.
ACTIVATION/DEACTIVATION:
With the chain at a standstill, keep button 9 for the brushes held down for a few seconds.
The ON/OFF option is available. Choose the desired setting with +/- and press button 9 to conrm.
Always check the quantity of liquid remaining in the respective tanks.
The cleaning liquid used is LP163/93 (see technical information sheet in the attachments).
