Replacement of brushes
To replace the brushes slacken locking screws D and F (Fig. 3.13a).
Unscrew the support and rest the motors on the machine ledge.
Unscrew the brush xing screw.
Fit a set of 3 new brushes, following the assembly diagram.
Fully tighten xing screws.
Attention dismantle only one bufng unit at a time, to avoid inverting their position.
Attention the screw of the upper brush is left.
Maintenance: cleaning and lubrication.
Constantly check (even several times daily) the bufng unit and remove any scraping residues that
might interfere with correct operation.
