Troubleshooting Table
Below is a list of some of the possible malfunctions.
If the problem cannot be resolved as described, contact Customer
Services.

Appliance does not start
Plug is properly connected to socket
Door is securely closed
“Start/Pause” button has been pressed
Water not filling Plug is properly connected to socket
Door is securely closed
Water tap is turned on
Water intake hose filters not blocked
Water intake hose not trapped or kinked
No water visible in washing

The water level should be below the bottom
of the glass
