  If your CDA hob isn't working and the lights on the control panel do not switch on, it could be due to a tripped protection circuit breaker or fuse. Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. Also, a small object, grease, or water on one of the control keys could be the cause. Check that the control keys are clean and that there are no objects on them.

  If your CDA hob isn't working and the control panel lights are off, the key lock might be activated. Try touching and holding the key lock key to deactivate it. Also, verify that the hob's electrical connection is correctly set up. A tripped protection circuit breaker or fuse could also be the cause, so replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. Ensure the control keys are clean and free from objects, grease or water.

  If one or more zones on your CDA hob cut out, the safety system might have activated. Allow the hob to cool down before trying again. If a cooking zone has been running for an extended period, simply switch it on again if needed. Ensure that no objects are covering the control keys and clear any liquid from the control area. Also, check if a pan has boiled dry and is overheating; if so, remove the pan.
