Charging
Precautions for Charging
• Please use charging equipment that meets the requirements of laws and
regulations for charging, otherwise it may lead to failure of charging, and in
serious cases, it may cause vehicle damage or personal injury. If necessary,
please contact CENNTRO authorized service center.
• It is forbidden to modify or disassemble the charging connection device and
charging equipment without permission. When the charging equipment
is faulty, please contact the manufacturer of the charging equipment. It is
forbidden to attempt to solve the problem by yourself.
• It is forbidden to charge when the charging equipment is damaged, rusty,
wet, with foreign matters or in any damaged condition.
• It is forbidden to charge when the charging cable and plug surface are
broken, the socket surface is damaged, rusted, cracked or the connection is
too loose.
• It is forbidden to charge when the charging gun and the charging port of
the vehicle are deformed, blackened or ablated, otherwise the vehicle or
charging equipment may be damaged, and personal injury may occur in
serious cases. If necessary, please contact CENNTRO authorized service
center.
• The charging equipment must be well grounded during use.
