Troubleshooting
High Voltage Electrical Equipment Failure
To avoid personal injury, it is prohibited to touch high-voltage cables and
their connectors.
The components with orange identification are high-voltage components,
which are attached with high-voltage system warning signs or labels.
Be sure to observe the content and requirements on the high-voltage system
identification.
Non-professional maintenance personnel are not allowed to touch,
disassemble or install any parts in the high-voltage system at will, such as
on-board charger, motor controller, power battery pack, etc.
Precautions in case of accidents:
» Keep the vehicle in N gear and ensure that the ignition switch is turned
off.
» If the wires on the vehicle are exposed or damaged, it is forbidden to
touch any wires and metal parts such as the vehicle body to prevent
electric shock.
Fire Emergency Treatment Plan
After the vehicle is on fire, the power system shall be shut down immediately and
the vehicle shall be evacuated to a safe place. At the same time, the alarm and
rescue telephone shall be called.
It is recommended to contact the CENNTRO authorized service center for handling
after the vehicle is put out of fire. Do not touch the vehicle after the fire accident to
prevent electric shock, burns and other accidents.
In order to prevent vehicle fire timely and effectively, the following matters shall be
noted when using vehicles:
Flammable and explosive materials are not allowed to be stored in the vehicle.
» In hot summer, if there are lighters, cleaning agents, perfume and other
flammable and explosive materials stored on the vehicle, it is very easy to
cause fire and even explosion.
