Winch Safety
These safety warnings and instructions apply if your vehicle came
equipped with a winch or if you choose to add an accessory winch to your
vehicle.
• Improper winch use can result in SEVERE INJURY or DEATH. Always followall
winch instructions and warnings in this manual..
Precautions for Use of Winch
• The winch can only be used for temporary rescue, not for towing.
• In order to prevent the winch rope from accumulating on the side of the
winch motor and damaging the vehicle, keep towing straight as possible.
• When the winch is used for rescue, the rope must be hung with a rope flag,
or something with a certain weight must be hung on it to prevent the vehicle
or people from being hit after the rope is broken.
• To operate the winch motor, the vehicle must be powered on, otherwise
the starting battery may be easily damaged. Pay attention when the winch
tightens the rope. Stop the work in time after the rope is tightened in place to
prevent damage to the trailer latch.
Winch Operation
1. Take out the winch motor remote
control or winch motor controller.
