Winch Maintenance
Before each use, always check the winch for wear or loose parts. If any parts need
to be repaired or replaced, please do not use the winch.
Always check the winch rope for wear or twist before each use.
The winch is easy to get water inside, so it needs to be disassembled and
maintained frequently, replaced with grease and checked the gears.
If the winch rope is folded or broken, it shall be replaced in time.
Try to avoid excessive wading.
Every time the winch is used, the winch rope must be reeled again to prolong the
service life and find out the hidden danger of the winch in advance. If the winch
and the rope are dirty, they must be thoroughly cleaned. Commonly use lubricants
to help prevent rust and prolong service life.
• The use of worn or damaged cables may cause sudden failure and serious
injury.
• For your safety, please be sure to use the genuine replacement parts
provided by the CENNTRO authorized service center to replace the winch
parts (including the winch rope).
