BRAKE PEDAL
DISASSEMBLY • REASSEMBLY
Disassembly Procedure
1. Disconnect the battery plug
2. Disconnect the wiring of the pedal
3. Drain out the brake oil
4. Disconnect the brake hose from the brake master cylinder [Point 1]
5. Remove the 3 screws from the front of the frame
6. Remove the brake pedal
Reassembly Procedure
The reassembly procedure is the reverse of the disassembly procedure.
Point Operations
[Point 1]
Reassembly:
After installation, tightening torque of the bolt on the
master brake cylinder = 28 Nm
