4.3 Tighten the head harness straps in this order:
bottom straps;
middle straps; then
top strap.
Do not over-tighten the mask. It should fit comfortable against the face.
5 Check facemask seal.
5.1 Start breathing to activate first breath mechanism.
5.2 Breathe normally.
The demand valve should operate normally, with no unusual sounds including
whistling, chattering or popping.
5.3 Hold the breath.
5.4 Listen for audible leaks.
If there is no air flowing, a positive seal has been obtained.
If air is flowing, re-fit the mask.
