The middle icon (the running person) is not in use and will therefore never
be illuminated.
HUD pressure status indicators
The pressure status indicators are situated on the right side of the HUD and are divided
into five patterns. Each of the five patterns designates a pressure range relative to the
maximum pressure of the cylinder. Each range has a specific LED position and colour
configuration.

Oscillating mode
Oscillating mode shows the HUD lights in an operator-friendly manner by altering
the
brightness of the HUD lights, following a cycle as follows: 2 seconds bright then
8
seconds dim. This not only means that bright lights are not constantly being shown
in
the facemask (thereby distracting the operator), but it increases the operator’s
attention
to the lights because they change. This is only active when the operator is
in a bright
environment. If in a dark enough envi
ronment, the HUD lights will not
oscillate.
