3 Prepare the cylinder.
3.1 Obtain a new cylinder.
3.2 Remove the blue plastic plug by hand.
Do not use high pressure to blow the plug out.
If the blue plug is hard to get out, twisting it may help
4 Replace the cylinder.
4.1 Check that the O-ring and rubber seal on the
pressure reducer are present.
4.2 Slide the cylinder under the retaining strap.
4.3 Check the cylinder is mounted straight on the back plate.
